Leena Nair is a seasoned entrepreneur with a Master’s in Economics and a Diploma in Product Management. With over 22 years of experience in the tech industry,she has been instrumental in building and scaling successful startups like Zocdoc and CureMD in India. As the co-founder of Black Panda, Leena has played a pivotal role in conceptualizing and launching the groundbreaking Grassroots Design Thinking Labs. Her deep understanding of business operations, coupled with her expertise in product management, enables her to drive innovation and deliver exceptional results. Leena is passionate about empowering businesses of all sizes. She believes in leveraging the power of design thinking to create efficient, scalable, and customer-centric solutions. Her strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and unwavering commitment to excellence have been instrumental in shaping Black Panda’s growth trajectory. When she’s not leading the team at Black Panda, Leena enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring new places, and indulging in a good book.
Rujuta Jamgaonkar (They/Them)
Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer
Rujuta Jamgaokar is a seasoned tech and marketing expert with a passion for innovation and growth. With a graduation in Commerce and a Diploma in Digital Marketing, Rujuta has honed their skills in navigating the complex landscape of the digital world. Having spent over 18 years in the startup ecosystem, Rujuta has held pivotal roles in successful startups like Zocdoc and Forage AI. Their ability to identify emerging trends, build high-performing teams, and execute strategic initiatives has been instrumental in driving business growth. As the Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer of Black Panda, Rujuta’s visionary leadership has been instrumental in shaping the company’s trajectory. They have been instrumental in building every department and team from the ground up, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Rujuta’s deep understanding of technology, data, and legal compliance, combined with their strong people skills, has enabled Black Panda to deliver exceptional value to its clients. In their free time, Rujuta enjoys exploring the world of filmmaking, spending quality time with their family, and indulging in their love for animals.
Namrata Kate (She/Her)
Chief of Staff
Namrata is a seasoned leader with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and over 5 years of experience in understanding human behavior. As Chief of Staff at Black Panda Enterprises, she plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s day-to-day operations. A visionary leader, Namrata has been instrumental in shaping Black Panda’s growth trajectory. As the company’s first employee, she has spearheaded the establishment of various key functions, including Digital Marketing, Accounting, Office Operations, and HR. Her strategic thinking and execution skills have been crucial in ensuring seamless operations. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Namrata is a compassionate and supportive leader who fosters a positive and inclusive work environment. She empowers team members, encourages collaboration, and celebrates successes. Her people-first approach has made Black Panda a great place to work. When not leading the team, Namrata enjoys spending quality time with her family, indulging in retail therapy, and embracing the joys of motherhood.

His 15+ years of experience have equipped him with a unique perspective and a deep understanding of business operations. As Head of Sales at Black Panda, Sangram leverages his extensive network and strong interpersonal skills to drive business growth and foster lasting client relationships. His ability to connect with people from all walks of life has been instrumental in securing strategic partnerships and closing deals. A passionate leader, Sangram is committed to empowering his team and creating a positive work environment. As Director of Operations at Black Panda, she leads cross-functional execution, streamlines internal systems, and ensures teams run efficiently and collaboratively. Her background working with a range of vendors and fast-growing brands enables her to balance agility with structure. A creative at heart, Ridhiemaa enjoys interior design, exploring new destinations, and spending quality time with her family.
